Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the use of the medicaelite.com website and the MedicaElite service, provided by KOBRA CAPITAL LLC. By using the website or the service, you agree to them.
1. What we offer
MedicaElite coordinates written medical opinions and price quotes from partner hospitals in Romania and abroad: we help you prepare your file, send it to the hospitals you choose, send you the translated opinions and, if you wish, help with the appointment, an interpreter and travel arrangements.
2. What we don't offer
- We do not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and do not interpret documents. The opinions are the hospital doctors' own.
- We are not a hospital and are not responsible for medical acts performed by hospitals or doctors.
- We do not guarantee the outcome of a treatment, how quickly hospitals reply or the availability of a particular doctor.
- We do not sell flights or accommodation; these are sold by a licensed travel agency.
Treatment decisions are made together with your own doctor. In an emergency, call 112.
3. What the service costs
Our service is completely free for patients. We are paid by the partner hospitals, through a commission, if you choose to be treated at one of them. You pay the hospital directly for treatment, based on its written quote; we do not take any money from you.
4. What we ask of you
- To give us correct and complete information.
- To send us only documents you are entitled to share: your own or those of a patient you legally represent.
- To use the website lawfully, without trying to disrupt it.
5. Quotes and your relationship with hospitals
Price quotes are issued by the hospitals and may be updated by them after a consultation or further tests. The contract for treatment is made directly between you and the hospital, under its rules. We can help you communicate with the hospital, but we are not a party to that contract.
6. Our liability
We work to keep the information on the website correct and up to date, with its sources. We are responsible for our coordination services within the limits set by law. We are not responsible for the hospitals' medical acts, decisions or prices, nor for the travel agency's services. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Website content
The texts, graphics and MedicaElite logo belong to KOBRA CAPITAL LLC. Hospital photos and the logos of hospitals and accrediting bodies belong to their owners. Blog articles are for information and list their sources.
8. Personal data
We process your data under the Privacy policy, and cookies under the Cookie policy.
9. Complaints and disputes
If you are not satisfied, write to us at info@medicaelite.com, through the form or on WhatsApp, with the green button on every page; we reply within 30 days. You can also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC, anpc.ro) or an alternative dispute resolution body (SAL). These terms are governed by Romanian law, and disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update.
